Who can use Quizzly

Quizzly is for students age 13 and older. If you’re under 18, you may use Quizzly only with the permission of a parent, guardian, or teacher who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you use Quizzly through your school, your school’s agreement with us may also apply.

Your account

• Keep your login details private — you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and pick a username that isn’t offensive or impersonating.
• Tell us at support@quizzly.study if you think someone else is using your account.

Using Quizzly fairly

To keep Quizzly safe and fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• Post content that’s hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, illegal, or bullying.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use scripts to farm Sparks, scores, or rewards.
• Harass other students, or misuse friend, group, or class features to contact people who don’t want contact.
• Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Quizzly.
• Upload someone else’s copyrighted material without the right to do so.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the study sets and other content you create. By posting content to shared spaces (like Discover, groups, classes, or challenge links), you give us permission to store, display, and share it so those features work. You can delete your content, and deleting your account removes your content as described in our Privacy Policy. Content you publish publicly is reviewed by automated moderation, and may be removed if it breaks these Terms.

AI-generated study material

Quizzly can generate flashcards, quizzes, and study guides with AI. AI can make mistakes, so always double-check important facts against your class materials. AI-generated content is a study aid, not a guarantee of accuracy, and shouldn’t be your only source for graded work.

Subscriptions & payments

• Plus and Apex are paid subscriptions. Prices and what’s included are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices or plans; we’ll give notice before changes affect an active subscription.

Sparks, Stellars & virtual items

Sparks, Stellars, cosmetics, and other in-app items are part of the game and have no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money and may change or expire as we improve the app.

Ending your use

You can stop using Quizzly and delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users at risk.

The basics (disclaimers & liability)

Quizzly is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that AI content will be accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be waived by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Quizzly grows. We’ll update the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Quizzly after changes means you accept them.
